What shipping service do you use and how are they protected during shipment?

We ship domestic (USA) packages via USPS Priority Mail and international (NON-USA)packages via USPS Global Priority Mail.


All of our items are shipped PTP=Packaged To Protect. Your items are packaged in plastic to prevent damage from the elements. In addition all items are packaged with stiff cardboard backings to prevent any bending or folding. Finally all items are marked "DO NOT BEND" on the both sides of the outside of your package



Do you provide a tracking number for my package?

Yes. Domestic (USA) packages are sent using Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation Tracking. With this service we can always check on the status of your package and update you on the progress. With this service items usually arrive in 2-4 days from our outbound shipping date.


For international (NON-USA) packages no tracking number is provided. We use Global Priority Mail for this service and items will usually arrive in 7-10 from our outbound shipping date. If you would like us to ship your international package with a tracking number, we suggest e-mailing us prior to paying to get the additional information for this service.


Any tracking number can be provided to any customer based on request, please just e-mail our office at info@autographstore.com and ask for your tracking number

Yes. Please e-mail your request for an alternate shipping method to info@autographstore.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.



How much does it cost to ship my items?

Autographstore.com uses USPS Priority Mail to handle all domestic (USA) shipping. All items are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking. Our shipping charges are $7 for the first item won and $0.50 FOR EACH additional item won during the same auction closing week. With this service there is no signature required and the package will be left at the location should no person be at the home or business to receive the package. A tracking number for your package will be e-mailed to any winning bidder upon request.


International (NON USA) shipments will be sent via Global Priority mail. The global priority mail shipping charges are $11 for the first item and $0.50 FOR EACH additional item won during the same auction closing week.


Registered bidders should check to make sure their shipping information is current and correct or update it by logging in and clicking the My Auction Account button at the left of the page under Bidder Information.



I need an item next day can you overnight ship it to me?

Yes. In most cases if you win an item and need it shipped overnight we can do that for you. Please let us know in advance of your shipping needs prior by sending an email to customer service at info@autographstore.com additional shipping fees may apply.
